day, we cannot always answer. Naturalry, we endeavour to help you, but many of the inquiries we
receive are so complex and work-intensive that we can frequently only attend to them later.
In order to simplify working on them for us, please always state your telephone number.
Frequently, more can be clarified in a minute technical discussion than in a number of e-mails
sent to one another.

Orders:

As a matter of principle, you can order by telephone, mail, fax, e-mail.

In written orders, you should state not only the corresponding article number and quantity, but also
the precise designation of the part, the precise type of motor-bike and the corresponding year of
construction. Further, we also need your exact address and telephone number!

Order processing:

Depending upon the scope and degree of difficulty of the order, dealing with it can take a few days
or a number of weeks.

Orders received are not confirmed as a matter of principle.

Delivery / payment:

Delivery/payment inside Germany can be done by:

- COD by mail
- direct bank debit
- pro forma invoice (after receipt of the amount of the pro forma invoice, we send you the goods)
